• We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer with 5 to 10 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative customer, partner, and employee portal solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on Salesforce Experience Cloud to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Lightning Components, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Configure and customize Experience Cloud sites, including page layouts, navigation, branding, and security settings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Maintain documentation related to technical architecture, configurations, and customizations.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend enhancements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Experience Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience configuring and customizing Experience Cloud sites, including audience targeting, page variations, and theming.
• Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and data migration tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, or equivalent.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and DevOps best practices for Salesforce.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience working with multinational teams and global clients.
