Capgemini is on the lookout for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join us as an Agile Dev Team Member IV for a renowned top 10 US Insurance Carrier. In this critical role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance our client's services. You will work collaboratively in an Agile environment, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle to deliver functional and innovative solutions. Location: India Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions according to business requirements. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the overall team dynamics, optimizing workflows. Implement best practices in coding and documentation, ensuring that Salesforce solutions are scalable and maintainable. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Drive the integration of Salesforce applications with existing systems using APIs and other integration tools. Perform regular system testing and troubleshooting to resolve performance issues and improve user experience. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, incorporating them into project solutions as applicable. Requirements Work Experience in This Field: Minimum Required: 6-8 years Preferred: 8-10 years English Proficiency: Fluent Required Education: Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree Required Branches of Study: Computer Science Software Engineering Certifications: Salesforce Developer certification is preferred. Key Skills: Advanced Skills (7+ Years): Extensive experience with Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Salesforce Financial Cloud - Advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Salesforce Analytics – Advanced Intermediate Skills (4-6 Years): Experience with Salesforce integration tools, REST and SOAP APIs. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. Knowledge of CI/CD processes using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
