About Us:

Our business relies on a seamless and efficient commercial operations ecosystem. We are seeking a senior expert to own the architecture of our quote-to-cash (QTC) platform and drive our commercial technology roadmap forward.

The Role:

As the Salesforce CPQ/SFDC Architect, you will be the lead technical authority for our entire Salesforce quote-to-cash landscape. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a deep focus on CPQ and Billing. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the solution design and architecture of all initiatives within the Salesforce CPQ platform (formerly Steelbrick).
• Translate complex business requirements from sales, finance, and operations into scalable, high-performance technical solutions.
• Architect and configure complex product bundles, advanced pricing rules, product rules, discount schedules, and approval workflows.
• Design and oversee the integration of Salesforce CPQ with other enterprise systems, including ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, SAP), CLM, and fulfillment systems.
• Serve as the senior subject matter expert for the entire lead-to-cash and quote-to-cash processes.
• Define and enforce best practices for SFDC development, governance, and security.
• Mentor junior developers and administrators, providing technical guidance and oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect on the Salesforce.com platform.
• 3+ years of deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ is mandatory.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification is highly required.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to business stakeholders.

Salesforce Application or System Architect certifications are a major plus.
