CRM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure

    Product Catalog

    ,

    SKUs

    ,

    bundling

    ,

    product relationships

    , and

    pricing/business rules

    .
  • Work on

    CPQ project implementation

    and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Create

    user stories

    ,

    design documents

    , and

    functional documentation (FDD)

    .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document CRM requirements.
  • Perform

    data analysis

    to identify customer behavior and trends.
  • Provide

    training and support

    to CRM users across departments.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Minimum

    5+ years of CRM consulting experience

    (Salesforce / MS Dynamics / ServiceNow CRM).

  • 2+ years of hands-on CPQ project experience.

  • Strong expertise in

    CRM configuration and business rules.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
