Job Title: Salesforce Configuration Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and certified Salesforce Configuration Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and configuration, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and business processes across sales, service, and marketing domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and define business processes
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Cloud applications
• Manage user setup, profiles, roles, and sharing settings
• Customize standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
• Build and maintain validation rules, workflow rules, Process Builder flows, and approval processes
• Create and manage reports and dashboards for business insights
• Execute data migration including field mapping, import/export, and cleansing
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to user story creation
• Design and deliver end-user training and support documentation
• Assist in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce.com Certification in one or more: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer
• 2- 4 years of experience administering and/or developing on the Salesforce platform
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-facing mindset
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile project methodologies
• Proven experience with enterprise-level integrations and Salesforce APIs
• Knowledge of Financial Service Cloud is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with onshore/offshore teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing and deploying custom end-user systems
• Ability to provide strategic guidance on Salesforce implementation best practices
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
