Salesforce Communication Cloud Developer Shift Time: 11 AM 8 PM IST Location: Remote Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred Must-Have Experience (10+ Years Overall): Salesforce Communication Cloud (OmniStudio, EPC, CPQ, ESM, Order Management, Digital Commerce) Strong Communication Skills – client-facing capability is a must Deep understanding of the communications sector and its digital transformation needs Salesforce integration expertise (APIs, Web Services, CMS, ERP, SAP, etc.) Salesforce APEX, Triggers, Visualforce, LWC, Lightning Components Proven ability in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and Release Management Experience in managing full Salesforce implementations from scratch Hands-on with Omniscripts, FlexCards, Process Builders, Approval Workflows, and Lightning Flows Technical Stack Exposure: Apex, Apex Design Patterns Identity & Access Management, Platform Security Data Architecture, Modeling, and Large Volume Processing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components Project Management tools like Jira DevOps Tools & Practices Soft Skills: Excellent communication & stakeholder management Self-driven, solution-focused, and collaborative Agile project delivery experience
