Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce Automation Specialist based in Andhra Pradesh, India, with some work from home flexibility. The Specialist will be responsible for automating Salesforce processes, developing and implementing Salesforce solutions, conducting regular system audits, and ensuring data quality. Daily tasks include creating and managing workflows, handling customizations, and troubleshooting issues. Collaboration with the IT and operations teams to optimize Salesforce capabilities is also essential. Qualifications Proficiency in Salesforce Automation and Salesforce Platform management Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components Strong understanding of CRM processes and data management Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Certifications like Salesforce Certified Administrator, Developer, or Advanced Administrator are a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Show more Show less
