Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

SFA & DMS Implementation & Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Dealer Management System (DMS) solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, and Operations) to ensure successful system deployment.
  • Configure and customize the SFA & DMS platforms based on business needs.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and resolve system-related issues.

Process Optimization & User Training:

  • Identify gaps in current sales and distribution processes and implement automation strategies.
  • Train sales teams, dealers, and other stakeholders on SFA & DMS functionalities.
  • Ensure high user adoption through regular training, support, and feedback collection.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security in the SFA & DMS systems.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track sales performance, dealer transactions, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze system-generated insights and recommend improvements.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting system-related issues.
  • Work with software vendors and IT teams to resolve bugs and enhance system capabilities.
  • Ensure system compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-8+ years of experience in SFA, DMS implementation, CRM, or sales operations.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Sales Automation & Dealer Management Systems.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, and integration processes is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
