Salesforce Architect

As a Salesforce Architect at Melonleaf, you will be responsible for leading our Salesforce initiatives, driving presales efforts, and providing strategic guidance on licensing and best practices. With over 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and consulting, you will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients. Your key responsibilities will include defining best practices, security models, data models, and integration strategies. You will lead technical teams in Salesforce development, customization, and third-party integrations while ensuring compliance with Salesforce governance, security, and performance best practices. Additionally, you will establish and grow the Salesforce practice, mentor a team of developers, consultants, and administrators, and drive innovation by adopting new Salesforce technologies and trends. In the presales role, you will engage with clients to understand their business needs, provide technical consultation, and craft winning proposals. You will prepare and deliver RFP responses, demos, and POCs to showcase Salesforce solutions, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive Salesforce adoption and revenue growth. Your expertise in Salesforce Clouds, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, Integrations, security models, and governance will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions. You should also have experience with Salesforce certifications and strong knowledge of licensing structures, pricing, and cost optimization strategies.
