Job Description

As a Senior Solution Architect with 13 to 16 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and implementation of SFDC solutions to meet business requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design and implementation of SFDC solutions to meet business requirements. - Overseeing the integration of SFDC with other systems to ensure seamless data flow. - Providing technical expertise in SFDC Development & Customization to optimize system performance. - Developing and maintaining SFDC Service Cloud solutions to enhance customer service operations. - Implementing SFDC Lightning components to improve user experience and system efficiency. - Configuring SFDC settings to align with business processes and requirements. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs. - Ensuring the scalability and reliability of SFDC solutions to support business growth. - Conducting regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal functionality. - Providing training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of SFDC features. - Staying updated with the latest SFDC technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement. - Developing and enforcing SFDC development standards and guidelines to ensure code quality. - Participating in project planning and management to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Qualifications required for this role include: - Extensive experience in SFDC Integration, Development & Customization, Service Cloud, Lightning, and Configuration. - Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting domain processes. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality SFDC solutions. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Experience in providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members. - Detail-oriented and committed to delivering results. - Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement. Additionally, you are required to be Salesforce Architect certified.,
