Job Description

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a technical capacity.
Proven experience with declarative development, including complex Flows.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, and best practices.
Experience with Salesforce deployment processes and change management.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge is a plus.

Highly Preferred

Masters/Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience
Certified Salesforce Administrator/ Service Cloud Consultant with 7 years in a System Admin/Service consultant function, specifically with Salesforce product knowledge and

hands-on administration experience with Service and Sales Cloud.

Experience with integrations to Salesforce cloud
Experience with Salesforce Service contracts, Subscriptions and entitlements
Preferably any experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain.

Certifications :

Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is required.
Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM-211) is highly valued.
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform Developer) are a plus.
