Salesforce Administrator/Support Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator (Support) to join our team. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with 4-7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, system support, and user training. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, providing user support, and assisting in system enhancements. Key Responsibilities: User Support & Training: Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related queries, troubleshoot user issues, and provide training to ensure effective platform utilization. System Maintenance: Perform routine system health checks, manage data integrity, and oversee security settings, profiles, roles, and permission sets. Configuration & Customization: Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports to support business needs. Process Automation: Implement and optimize automation using Process Builder, Flows, and approval processes to improve efficiency. Data Management: Oversee data imports, exports, and mass updates while ensuring data quality and compliance with company standards. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to gather requirements and deliver system improvements. Reporting & Analytics: Develop reports and dashboards to provide business insights and support decision-making. System Enhancements & Projects: Assist in testing and implementing new Salesforce features, integrations, and releases. Required Qualifications: 4-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a support or system maintenance role. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including user management, security, reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder). Experience with troubleshooting user issues and providing technical support. Familiarity with data management tools such as Data Loader and Import Wizard. Basic understanding of Salesforce integrations and third-party applications (e.g., AppExchange solutions). Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities is a plus. Key Competencies: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve system issues efficiently. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a strong focus on data integrity and system security. A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on Salesforce best practices and new features.
