Experience: 2 – 15 Years

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive residential real estate sales in Mumbai and achieve monthly revenue targets.

2. Conduct end-to-end discussions with clients, providing expert guidance on property options.

3. Handle inquiries from digital marketing platforms, addressing client needs and expectations.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with top developers, investors, and HNI clients.

5. Negotiate deals, analyze market trends, and provide professional property consultation.

6. Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits for potential buyers.

7. Convert qualified leads into successful property transactions.

8. Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure smooth post-sales service.

9. Uphold company values — trust, teamwork, innovation, and customer focus — in every interaction.

Skills & Requirements

3. Strong experience handling HNI clients and premium properties.

5. Must own a bike or car with valid license and papers.
