Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training and Development:

  • Design, implement, and manage training programs focused on soft skills development, including communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, and leadership.
  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to address specific soft skills needs within the Operations team.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content based on feedback and performance metrics.
  1. Program Management:

  • Develop a comprehensive soft skills training plan aligned with the companys operational goals and team needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in soft skills training.
  1. Assessment and Feedback:

  • Assess the soft skills competencies of team members through evaluations, surveys, and performance reviews.
  • Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to employees and management based on assessments.
  • Track progress and measure the impact of soft skills initiatives on team performance and operational outcomes.
  1. Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with Operations Managers and team leaders to identify soft skills gaps and provide tailored support.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and personal development within the Operations team.
  • Serve as a resource for employees seeking guidance on interpersonal and communication challenges.
  1. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on the progress and effectiveness of soft skills programs, including data on participation, engagement, and impact.
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education

    : Graduation
  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on soft skills.
  • Experience working within operations or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Skills:

  • Strong understanding of soft skills training methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging training content and programs.
  • Proven ability to assess needs and measure the impact of training initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
