Job Description

Partner Renumeration Accounting and Payments Consultant

Department: Finance

Sub-department: Financial Accounting

Role and Responsibilities

Commission Processing & Payments

Prepare and process commission payments via accounts payable systems.
Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of payments to agents.
Review agents invoices for withholding tax (TDS) implications.
Ensure accurate booking of commission invoices and prompt payments.

Audit & Compliance

Coordinate and participate in monthly audit activities.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Maintain documentation of commission structures, approvals, and payment records.

Reconciliations & Reporting

Prepare payable reconciliation statements and aging reports.
Reconcile commission payments with financial records and resolve discrepancies.
Liaise with partners for payment, TDS, and GST reconciliations.
Record provisions in the books.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and support month-end financial closure.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Respond to inquiries from employees or agents regarding commission payments.
Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Finance teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Graduation (B. Com)

Preferred Skills

Good in communications as well as good command in Excel MS Office- Vlookup, Index, Sumif
Good accounting skills and able to handle TDS and GST related queries

Language

English, Hindi, Kannada.
