Job Opening: Sales Training Manager Kota, Rajasthan

Location:

About the Role:

Sales Training Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Identify training needs through performance analysis, feedback, and coordination with sales leadership.
Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, product training, and e-learning modules.
Create training manuals, sales scripts, presentations, and resource materials.
Conduct onboarding training for new hires and refresher training for existing teams.
Train sales staff on product knowledge, communication skills, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
Coordinate with sales managers to support performance improvement plans.
Keep updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and best practices.
Manage training schedules, budgets, and external training partners.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and capability enhancement.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle, and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to design structured, engaging, and effective training modules.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/MBA preferred.
Experience in Sales Training, Sales Coaching, or Learning & Development (L&D).
Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Electricals, or similar industry is a plus.
