Roles and Responsibility

Manage the training of channel partners and their sales employees.
Conduct audits of sales desks and road shows at various locations targeting corporate houses.
Impart training on higher-end enterprise products like Lease lines, VPN, TFS, G-Suite products, Sales force automation tools, CRMs, etc.
Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance sales performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Provide coaching and feedback to sales employees to improve their skills.
