Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Sales Trainer to join our team.  The Sales Trainer will be responsible for planning, developing, and facilitating training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our sales team. This role includes creating training materials, conducting workshops, monitoring the progress of trainees, and providing constructive feedback for improvement. The trainer will collaborate closely with management to align training sessions with company objectives and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in sales training, including designing and delivering training modules.
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills to effectively engage teams.
• Proficiency in evaluating sales team performance and identifying areas of improvement.
• Organizational and leadership skills to guide, mentor, and motivate trainees.
• Ability to adapt training methods to meet diverse team needs and maintain knowledge retention.
• Experience in the retail or electronics industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery is desirable.
• Willing to travel across Kerala
