1) Deliver New Hire Training (NHT) sessions on Trading and Demat account opening and activation procedures.
2) Train both new and existing sales staff on systems, documentation, regulatory compliance, and client interaction techniques.
3) Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, SOPs, quick reference guides, and digital learning modules.
4) Conduct refresher training sessions at regular intervals to reinforce key processes and ensure consistent performance.
5) Evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback collection, performance metrics, and monitoring improvements in activation rates.
6) Provide on-ground coaching and support during new process launches or pilot programs.
7) Stay updated with changes in regulations and internal policies to ensure training content remains current and compliant.
8) Collaborate with the Quality team to align on Training Needs Identification (TNI) and prepare targeted training interventions.
