Sales Trainee

Key Responsibilities

1.Identify and engage prospective clients through calls, emails, and outbound communication

2.Understand customer needs and guide them towards relevant programs

3.Counsel students/professionals about courses and learning pathways

4.Maintain CRM data and follow up consistently with leads

5.Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

6.Participate in team meetings, sales reviews, and training sessions

Required Skills

1.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

2.Strong persuasion and negotiation ability

3.Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

4.Basic understanding of sales and customer handling

5.Eagerness to learn and build a career in sales

6.Ability to work remotely with discipline and ownership

7.Compensation Structure

Training Period (45–90 days):

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Post-Training Compensation:

Base Salary: ₹40,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Total Potential Earnings: ₹65,000/month
