Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling & First-Level Interaction

Engage with students via on-campus sessions, calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and digital inquiries to understand their academic background and career goals.

Course & Career Guidance

Explain FPA Edutech programs, curriculum, skills, industry relevance, and career outcomes in a student-friendly manner.

On-Campus Enrollment Support

Assist with applications, documentation, approvals, and scheduling to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

Follow-Ups & Student Engagement

Maintain regular follow-ups, address queries, and support students throughout the decision-making process.

One-to-One Counseling

Conduct individual counseling sessions (telephonic and in-person) on career clarity, placements, salary expectations, and industry trends.

Reporting & CRM Updates

Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and counseling activities.

Stakeholder Coordination & Professional Conduct

Build trust with students, parents, and college stakeholders while representing FPA Edutech professionally

Who can Apply

• Fresh graduates or students interested in education, counseling, or training roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence in interacting with college students and academic stakeholders

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools)

• Patient, empathetic, self-motivated, and student-focused individuals.
