WHAT YOU'LL DO (The Fun Stuff)

Strategic Domination

  • Develop and execute a killer plan for your territory
  • Create compelling value propositions that make customers say "shut up and take my money"
  • Build and nurture a healthy pipeline that keeps the revenue engine humming
  • Partner with AWS and ecosystem players to multiply your reach

Relationship Wizardry

  • Navigate complex customer conversations with C-suite executives
  • Turn prospects into customers, customers into advocates, advocates into references

Team Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-glove with our marketing lead to align 1-to-many campaigns with 1-to-1 sales motions
  • Represent klypup at partner and industry events (yes, with personality!)
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure customer success

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE PARTY

Must-Haves

  • 4-5 years

    crushing quota in cloud/AI/SaaS sales (preferably in SMB, startup, or mid-market segments)
  • Proven territory management

    experience—you know how to own a region
  • Cloud technology sales

    background (AWS knowledge is gold, but other cloud platforms work too)
  • Track record

    of identifying, developing, and closing complex technology deals
  • Communication superpowers

    —you can explain complex tech to anyone from developers to CFOs
  • Startup DNA

    — Experience setting up sales strategy for a new market or business line

Nice-to-Haves

  • Existing network of customers and contacts you can bring to the klypup party
  • Previous exposure to AI/ML solutions (Gen AI/Agentic AI experience is a major plus)
  • Understanding of modern application architectures and cloud-native solutions
