Sales Telecaller

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the agency’s services.
• Generate leads through calling, follow-ups, and database management.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business requirements.

Sales Communication & Coordination

• Explain digital marketing services (such as social media marketing, branding, performance marketing, website development, etc.) clearly and effectively.
• Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-up calls for the Business Development Manager.
• Maintain good relationships with prospects through professional communication.

Pipeline & Follow-Up

• Maintain call logs, lead status updates, and follow-up schedules.
• Follow up with potential leads to move them through the sales funnel.
• Assist in converting warm leads into qualified opportunities.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of conversations, responses, objections, and lead progress through CRM tools or internal trackers.
• Share daily/weekly reports on call performance, lead generation, and conversion status.
• Support sales campaigns and outreach initiatives as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales — preferably in a digital marketing or service-based industry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to explain services clearly and handle customer queries confidently.
• Strong persuasion skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
