Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Client Communication:

     Address client concerns related to digital signage operations via email and phone, ensuring professional, clear, and timely communication.
  2. Issue Resolution:

     Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in real-time, ensuring screens are operational before closing the interaction.
  3. Basic Knowledge:

     Guide clients through basic steps related to furniture, Form Design,  interior solutions
  4. Cross-Department Collaboration:

     Coordinate with Technical Support, Operations, and Client Success teams for quick issue resolution.
  5. Follow-Up:

     Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up until full resolution.
  6. Closing the Loop:

     Send detailed closure emails confirming resolution and steps taken.
  7. Reporting:

     Update internal systems with issue status and solutions, ensuring compliance with processes.
