Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Sales Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them through loan and credit solutions offered by PaisaOnClick.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain financial products (loans, credit options, etc.)
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Follow up with interested clients to ensure successful conversion
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (preferably in finance or banking sector)
• Strong communication and persuasive skills in English and Malayalam
• Good understanding of financial products is an added advantage
• Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM or telecalling software
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude

Pay: ₹8,369.76 - ₹25,448.20 per month
