Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and qualify leads. Follow up on warm leads, inquiries, and referrals to convert them into sales. Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and provide product/service recommendations. Handle objections effectively and negotiate to close deals successfully. Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify target customers and industry trends. Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets. Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management for decision-making. Continuously improve sales scripts and approaches based on customer feedback and market trends. --- Key Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or customer service.
