In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inquiries, promoting our products/services, and converting leads into customers. You must be confident, target-driven, and have excellent communication skills. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Clearly explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits to customers. Handle customer queries and objections professionally. Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Work closely with the sales and support team to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide feedback on call quality, customer concerns, and lead response. 🔹 Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. Prior experience in telesales or customer service will be an advantage. Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic English understanding preferred. Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented attitude. Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM tools. 🔹 What We Offer: Fixed salary between ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
