Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations of the sales team Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence Achieve sales growth by setting goals, identifying team strengths, and addressing areas for improvement Establish and nurture productive relationships with key clients and partners Build long-term relationships with suppliers and customers to drive loyalty and repeat business Launch new sales strategies, initiatives, and programs targeting key demographics Monitor and manage team performance in line with client KPIs Assign territories, set sales targets, conduct training, and manage all HR-related matters of the team Key Skills & Competencies: Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational and customer service skills Proven people management and leadership abilities Strong verbal and written communication Negotiation and presentation skills Detail-oriented with a structured approach to sales planning Education & Experience: Graduate in any discipline Proven experience in managing teams Sales background, preferably in a B2C environment Industry knowledge is an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
