Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for both commercial and residential projects. Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures. Coordinate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives. Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and ensure consistent productivity. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Represent the company at real estate events, exhibitions, and property shows. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
