Team Leader Sales

Experience Required:

4 7 years of field sales experience in
lubricants & aftermarket sales
Proven track record in
retail sales, channel development, and distributor management
Prior experience in
leading and managing a sales team
with target achievements

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets
Expand retail and distribution networks across assigned territories
Drive
aftermarket penetration initiatives
and identify new growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and mechanics
Monitor team performance through regular reporting and ensure adherence to sales strategies
Conduct joint market visits to support team members and strengthen customer engagement
Provide training and development to enhance team capability in prospecting, lead generation, and deal closure
