Sales Team Leader Real Estate

As a Team Leader Sales in the real estate sector, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing inside sales team. Your primary goal will be to drive sales results, exceed targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Your responsibilities will include owning and executing all plans for developing business and achieving the Region - sales goals. This involves strategizing local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities, and scaling up the business. You will also be responsible for preparing forecasts and KPI reporting for the team, for use in planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning. Brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience will be crucial aspects of your role. In addition, you will need to focus on land and expand strategies by building processes and funnels for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion. It will be important for you to evangelize the product and personally assist in closing deals. You will also be required to establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives and provide visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development. Establishing and fostering partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally will also be part of your responsibilities.
