Job Title: Team Leader – Travel Sales (International Process)

Location: Moti Nagar, Delhi
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage our Travel Sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and a proven track record in travel sales (preferably international). You will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining high-quality customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Travel Sales Agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance through regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to sales scripts, quality standards, and company policies.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Analyse sales data and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
• Provide ongoing product and destination training to team members.
• Collaborate with the operations and training teams to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain a positive and performance-driven work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Travel Sales (preferably in international flight/hotel booking).
• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a travel Industry.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an added advantage.
• Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to work in US/UK shift timings (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
