Sales Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-driven Team Leader for Field Sales to manage and guide a team of field sales executives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in field sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives across assigned regions.

• Assign daily targets and plan market visits for the sales team.

• Monitor field activities, client visits, and lead generation efforts.

• Provide on-the-job training, support, and motivation to team members.

• Track performance and share regular reports with the management.

• Handle escalated client issues and ensure proper follow-up.

• Travel to major markets as required to support the team.

• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, delivery, and payments.

• Ensure team adherence to sales process, reporting formats, and company policies.
• Assist team in best sales practices and do problem solving
• Deal with customer directly if required
• Reporting to Management

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years of field sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team leader or supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & basic English).

• Must be comfortable with travel across regions (Punjab, UP, Rajasthan, MP, Delhi-NCR, etc.).

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and mobile-based reporting apps.

• Graduation preferred; industry experience in B2B, FMCG, or industrial products is a plus.

• Should own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
