The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to foster a productive sales environment and build customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Team Management & Leadership:
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the sales team.
• Motivate and lead team members to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, coaching, and training to sales representatives.
• Set clear objectives and develop strong, professional relationships with team members.
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue.
• Set and track individual and team sales targets, aligning them with company goals.
• Assign sales territories and build sales plans.
• Performance Monitoring & Improvement:
• Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Report on team performance to senior management.
• Provide feedback and support to ensure professional development and target achievement.
• Collaboration & Customer Relations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
