The Sales Team Lead will oversee day-to-day sales operations, manage and motivate the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, building relationships with key clients, and coordinating with other departments to streamline operations.
