Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement through coaching and performance reviews.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training sessions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Work closely with marketing, field sales, and other departments to align lead generation and conversion strategies.
Use Salesforce to track leads, sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions.
Generate and analyze reports/dashboards to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas of improvement.
Ensure data accuracy and adherence to CRM processes by the team.
Manage key accounts and assist the team with complex deals or objections.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and support.
Process Improvement:
Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
Collaborate with the operations team to streamline workflows.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in inside sales with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership/mentoring role.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (required).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Experience with B2C sales preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certification is a plus.
Experience in managing remote teams or distributed sales teams.
Knowledge of sales automation tools or outreach platforms.
