Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of 1520 Service FSEs, ensuring effective performance.
Ensure timely closure of tickets for proactive and reactive merchant issues (device-related).
Oversee material management from hub to FSE, including forward and reverse logistics.
Leverage upselling techniques to drive additional sales.
Analyze data and trends to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Strong service background, preferably in DTH, broadband, or consumer electronics industries.
In-depth knowledge of local market dynamics.
Proven expertise in stock handling and inventory management.
Graduate or above (Post Graduation preferred).
