Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and lead a team of 1520 Service FSEs, ensuring effective performance.
  2. Ensure timely closure of tickets for proactive and reactive merchant issues (device-related).
  3. Oversee material management from hub to FSE, including forward and reverse logistics.
  4. Leverage upselling techniques to drive additional sales.
  5. Analyze data and trends to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  1. Strong service background, preferably in DTH, broadband, or consumer electronics industries.
  2. In-depth knowledge of local market dynamics.
  3. Proven expertise in stock handling and inventory management.
  4. Graduate or above (Post Graduation preferred).
