Sales Team Lead

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Team Leader Admissions to lead and manage a team of admission counselors. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in driving admission targets, mentoring teams, and managing the end-to-end student enrollment process. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and conversion skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of admission counselors to achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. Monitor daily performance, provide training, support, and guidance to team members. Drive conversions by ensuring effective follow-ups, counseling, and relationship building with leads. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless lead flow and data management. Maintain a high level of process adherence, call quality, and student experience. Track and analyze team metrics; generate reports to assess performance and drive improvement. Resolve escalated queries from students or parents professionally and efficiently. Implement strategies to reduce drop-offs and improve enrollment ratios. Requirements: Bachelors degree (MBA preferred). 2–4 years of experience in admissions, sales, or counseling in the education sector. Minimum 1 year of team handling experience is a must. Proven track record of achieving targets and managing a sales/admissions team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Willingness to work 6 days a week and stretch during peak admission periods.
