You will work closely with senior designers and other team members to create engaging content for various platforms.Key Responsibilities:Design and Development: Create high-quality graphics, including social media posts, posters, brochures, and other marketing materials.Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to Lakshyas brand guidelines and visual identity.Collaboration: Work closely with the senior designers, marketing team, and other stakeholders to develop design concepts and execute projects.Research: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Digital and Print Media: Develop creatives for both digital and print media, ensuring high quality and consistency across all platforms.AI Tools: Utilize AI tools to enhance design processes and deliver innovative solutions.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Experience: 2-3 years of experience in graphic design.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Familiarity with other design tools and AI tools is a plus.Creative Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
