Role:

About:

2+ years

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a TL (Outbound-Tele calling / Tele Sales / Lead Generation)
Graduation (mandatory)
Language: Must be fluent in English
Must have worked on a dialer
Strong knowledge of sales metrics, performance tracking, and lead generation

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure timely reporting.
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
Ensure effective use of dialers and adherence to processes.
