Role Overview:
We are looking for a growth-focused professional to scale our Creative Edge (Design Entrance Prep) segment. The role involves driving sales, partnerships, student counselling, and marketing initiatives to boost visibility and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute growth & outreach strategies with the Product Head.
• Lead marketing campaigns, branding, and local events.
• Support sales and student counselling to improve conversions.
• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and coaching centres.
• Coordinate with content, design, and academic teams for smooth execution.
• Track KPIs and share performance reports with improvement plans.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience in EdTech Team lead sales, growth, or partnerships.
• Team handling experience (min. 1 year).
• Strong communication, counselling, and negotiation skills.
• Exposure to student counselling, channel sales, and outreach activities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards is a plus.

Also open for candidates with titles like Business Development Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, or Brand Manager with relevant EdTech sales experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
