The Sales Support Executive plays a vital role in ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team, customers, and internal departments. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys handling communication, managing data, and supporting end-to-end sales operations with accuracy and professionalism.
Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups.
Manage inquiries, share product/service details, and maintain professional customer communication.
Prepare and update sales reports, trackers, and documentation.
Handle order processing, quotation preparation, and basic proposal formatting.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, updates, and resolutions.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM or internal systems.
Support the sales team in planning campaigns, meetings, and client interactions.
Follow up with clients for payments, documents, and feedback when required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting).
Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Graduation in any discipline.
Experience in sales coordination, tele-calling support, or customer service is preferred.
