This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include assisting the sales team with daily operations, managing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service, supporting sales operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to address client needs and improve processes.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively handle client inquiries and ensure a positive experience
Proficient in Sales Operations with an ability to manage and support sales processes
Excellent Communication skills to facilitate coordination and provide superior customer interactions
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and identify improvement opportunities
