As a proactive and results-driven professional based in Noida, you will be responsible for generating leads through various outreach methods, including cold calling. Your role will involve managing chat conversations, phone calls, and support tickets efficiently, with the primary goal of converting prospects into valuable business opportunities. Additionally, you will be tasked with addressing technical queries from clients and overseeing the international sales and support lifecycle.
