Sales Support Executive

The Sales Support Specialist position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join the sales team. Your responsibilities will include engaging with incoming leads, qualifying them based on interest and intent, updating CRM entries, and ensuring that only genuine leads are forwarded to Sales Executives. You will be the first point of contact for new inquiries and play a crucial role in coordinating with the Sales Manager and Sales Executives for smooth lead handover. Key Responsibilities: - Make initial calls to incoming leads to understand their requirements. - Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (Hot, Warm, or Cold). - Schedule appointments and demos with relevant Sales Executives. - Update and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system. - Follow up with potential leads to keep them engaged until sales-ready. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Experience: 1-3 years in tele-calling, lead generation, or inside sales. Proven field sales experience, preferably in the machinery or industrial sector. Skills Required: - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word). - Ability to assess client intent and prioritize accordingly.
