Handle client inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and dealers. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards. Monitor sales performance and highlight deviations from targets. Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and product feedback collection. Guide junior sales support executives in handling documentation and client. Support the sales team during exhibitions, trade shows, and client visits.
