As a Sales Executive B2C based in Jaipur, you will be part of a dynamic team working in rotational shifts, including night shifts. This full-time position involves 6 days of work per week. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our guests in planning and organizing their trips to ensure a memorable travel experience. By engaging with our guests effectively, you will help them select the most suitable travel packages that cater to their preferences and needs. Your role plays a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving revenue, and contributing to the overall success of our company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting guests in identifying their ideal travel plans based on their interests and requirements. - Acquiring in-depth knowledge about travel destinations, including prices, weather conditions, language, and available activities. - Offering comprehensive end-to-end services to organize trips, from booking accommodations to creating detailed itineraries. - Providing guests with all necessary and relevant information related to their travel arrangements. - Selling appropriate travel experiences to guests and ensuring their complete satisfaction. - Negotiating any customization requests from guests and accommodating them to the best of your ability. - Resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the trip, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for guests. - Maintaining an updated database with guest details and travel information. - Meeting sales and revenue targets set by the company. - Handling advances and refunds from guests in relation to their bookings. - Building and nurturing strong relationships with guests to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. - Demonstrating resilience in handling rejection and managing stress during customer interactions. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. - Strong negotiation and sales skills to effectively promote travel packages. - A bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Previous experience as a travel agent or a passion for travel is desirable (minimum 1 year). - Familiarity with travel software and procedures. - Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of software like MS Excel. - Multilingual skills are advantageous in this role.
