As a part of Aspire Holidays, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, organizing, and booking complete end-to-end travel arrangements for our valued customers. Your role will have a direct impact on our company's success, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You will be expected to provide enthusiastic tour plans tailored to each client's requirements and preferences. Additionally, you must possess a deep interest in meeting clients directly, including school, college, and corporate clients. Your ability to work independently and achieve both individual and team targets will be crucial in this role. Key responsibilities include booking tickets, making hotel reservations, organizing transportation, handling passport and visa requirements, as well as managing budgeting for travel arrangements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, resolving any issues that may arise during trips, and providing necessary travel documents are also essential aspects of this position. Furthermore, you should be adept at using travel software and MS Office, possess a strong understanding of travel planning procedures, and have prior experience in the travel and tourism industry. Excellent communication skills, multilingualism, and a valid driving license with access to a two-wheeler are additional requirements for this role. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000, along with travel allowance and performance-based incentives. You will be required to interact with our travel partners and guide them toward picking the best experience package to suit all of their guests requirements and interest. Your contribution will impact our company as well as the satisfaction of our customers and drive profits. Job Description: Help Travel Partners to identify their ideal travel plans based on their guests interests and requirements. Study and assimilate all information regarding travel destinations such as prices, weather, language, activities, etc. Provide end-to-end service from reserving the accommodation, arranging transportaion, and creating the itinerary. Provide all relevant and essential information to the Travel Partner regarding their guests travel. Sell the appropriate experience to the Travel Partners. Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible. Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the Guests. Regularly update a database containing Travel Partner / Guest details and their travel information. Reach the B2B sales and revenue targets. Take advances/refunds from/to the Travel Partners against the bookings done. Regularly maintain a good relationship with our Travel Partners.
