Sales Support Executive

As a Sales Support Executive based in Kolhapur, you will play a crucial role in supporting our US sales team. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing sales reports, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a full-time on-site position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in customer service or sales support, proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a knack for coordinating seamlessly between different departments within the organization, possess knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems, and have previous experience in the manufacturing industry, which is considered a plus. A bachelor's degree in a technical field, accompanied by a master's in business administration or a related field, is preferred for this role.,
