Sales Support Executive

As a Technical Sales Support Executive at Circuit Systems India Pvt Ltd/PCB Power, your role involves providing pre and post-sales support to customers. You will offer pre-sales technical assistance, educate customers on services and products, and provide necessary technical and commercial support. Your excellent verbal and written English communication skills will be crucial in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Offer pre-sales technical assistance, services, and product education. - Provide sales support services and necessary technical and commercial back up. - Assist in marketing activities by participating in trade shows, conferences, and other events. - Generate and process new sales leads, inquiries, and purchase orders. - Respond to customer queries via emails, phone calls, and chats. - Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on product or service inquiries. - Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. - Recommend products or services that best meet customer needs. - Support customer care initiatives such as automated provisioning and online billing. - Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities during customer interactions. **Qualification Required:** - Any UG Graduation **Additional Company Details:** Circuit Systems India Pvt Ltd/PCB Power offers benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
